Bullseye Returns: The Netflix villain will return in the new MCU series "Daredevil: Born Again"
According to the latest information, another villain that won the hearts of fans is returning in "Daredevil: Born Again" to wreak havoc.
Here's What We Know
According to ComicBook, Wilson Bethel, a fan favourite from the third season of Netflix's 'Daredevil', is set to reprise his role as the villainous Bullseye in the new MCU series 'Daredevil: Born Again'.
There are currently no details on whether he will be the main antagonist, as the other main villain, Kingpin aka Wilson Fisk, might be too busy with non-criminal pursuits this time around (based on the post credits scenes in the new series "Echo").
As a reminder, Bullseye, also known as Benjamin Poindexter, first appeared in 1976's Daredevil #131.
This ruthless killer with the ability to turn anything into a deadly projectile became a key antagonist in The Punisher and Thunderbolts series.
His introduction occurred in the third season of Daredevil on Netflix. At the end of the season, Daredevil pushes Bullseye off a roof, causing his spine to become paralysed. It is hoped that the new series Daredevil: Born Again will continue his story, likely replacing his spine, as mentioned by one of the surgeons who performed the surgery after the fall.
When We Can Expect It
Filming for "Daredevil: Born Again" is already underway, but there is no exact release date yet.
