With more than seven million copies sold and the second highest number of simultaneous players on Steam, Pocketpair's Palworld continues to make its way. According to Circana analyst and CEO Mat Piscatella, the game took over the top spot in terms of active users on Xbox Series on 22 January, surpassing even Fortnite.

According to the analyst, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X owners spend an average of over 200 minutes in the game, which equates to three hours and twenty minutes, which is, frankly, an impressive figure. It is likely that the availability of the game in Game Pass contributed to such an impressive number of players, especially considering that Fortnite offers free access.

As for the future development of the game, the developers are focusing on solving various problems and bugs, while improving artificial intelligence and game mechanics. Pocketpair also plans to add new raid bosses as the game's end game content, expand PvP, improve the construction system, and add support for cross-play.
