Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition will be released on 9 February: players will receive Separate Ways DLC and cosmetic items

We wrote that in December 2023, rumours began to spread that Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition would be released on 9 February, and... it turned out to be true.

Here's What We Know

Capcom has released a trailer announcing the gold edition of Resident Evil 4. Along with the main game, players will receive the Separate Ways expansion pack for the remake, which tells the story of Ada Wong. The DLC events take place in parallel with the main game and will show what Ada's goals and motives were in helping Leon Kennedy rescue the daughter of the US President.

The publication will also provide access to The Mercenaries mode, where you have to kill enemies and earn points in the allotted time, and will be available for download. In addition, we will also receive various cosmetic kits.

As a reminder, the horror game received 93 points from critics and 8 from players on Metacritic.
