Insider: 2025 will be unusually rich in games from Sony's internal studios

Last week, Sony released a report stating that PlayStation Studios will not release a single game from a major franchise until the end of the next fiscal year (by 1 April 2025).

Fans were not happy with this news, as it means that the Japanese company will offer few big-budget blockbusters in 2024.

Next year, however, the situation will change.

Here's What We Know

According to a well-known insider Shinobi602, 2025 will be an important year for Sony as the company will release several high-end games at once.

He is confident that "gamers can expect more than two games from Sony's internal studios," but warned that some releases may be postponed.

So far we can talk about Death Stranding 2: On The Beach and Marvel's Wolverine from Insomniac Games, but we're sure other big new titles will be announced throughout the year.
