Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra has been certified by Wireless Power Consortium ahead of its launch
Asus is getting ready to unveil its new Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra smartphone to the world, which is set to be released on the 14th of March. Before this event, some details about the phone have appeared online, which were found on the Wireless Power Consortium website. This is an organisation that deals with the standardisation of wireless charging of devices.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone was certified under the model number AI2401_H and showed its front panel design. It shows a flat screen with a front camera hole in the centre and thin bezels. On the right side are the power and volume buttons. The certification also confirms that the smartphone supports wireless charging up to 12W, although it is expected to have 15W wireless charging like its predecessor.
The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, get up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of inbuilt storage. The battery capacity will be 5500 mA*h and the wired charging speed will be 65W. The main camera will consist of three modules: 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module and a 32-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front camera will have a 32MP resolution.
