OnePlus Open users in the US have started receiving the Android 14 operating system

OnePlus released the Android 14 operating system for the OnePlus Open in India in January. Now, the firmware has been released in one more region.

Here's What We Know

According to our colleagues at 9to5Google, the update has been released in the US. The firmware has been given the build number CPH2551_14.0.0.0.501(EX01) and weighs 2.54 GB. The system is already rolling out to devices in waves. You can check for OTA availability in the gadget's settings.

With the software update, OnePlus Open received all the main features of Android 14. In addition, the developers have installed the current Google security patch in the software, as well as a proprietary shell OxygenOS 14 with a lot of new features.

OnePlus Open debuted in 2023 with Android 13 on board. The gadget has dual AMOLED displays, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, a 4805 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, a 48 MP + 64 MP + 48 MP Hasselblad main camera, and two front sensors at 20 MP and 32 MP.
