Rumour: Xiaomi is preparing to release Redmi K80 series of smartphones

Although Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi K70 line of smartphones in September, the company is already preparing its successors for release.

The information was shared by a Chinese insider. Presentation of Redmi K80 should take place in the near future.

Unlike the actual series, the new lineup will not have a budget model. That is, Xiaomi is likely to show Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro, but Redmi K80e is not worth waiting for.

If rumours are to be believed, the smartphones should be powered by a Qualcomm processor. It might be the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Also, the devices will be equipped with several cameras and batteries for 5000-6000 mAh with charging up to 120W. The new products will get water protection and stereo speakers.
