Nintendo has announced that tomorrow, 12 March, the Nintendo Switch Online subscription catalogue will be replenished with three new projects from the Game Boy era: Dr Mario, Mario Golf, and Mario Tennis, which were originally released for the Game Boy Color.
Here's What We Know
Dr Mario was released in 1990 as a kind of response to the popular Tetris at the time, where players had to correctly place coloured tiles to destroy viruses. Mario Golf was launched in 1999 and, unlike the Nintendo 64 version, the game offered a story mode and role-playing elements. Mario Tennis, which was released in 2001, had the same features and featured the player training at the Royal Tennis Academy, where he became a champion to eventually face Mario.
