Michael Keaton didn't understand why he appeared as Vulture in the film Morbius
Morbius was both a flop, as evidenced by the film's 15% freshness rating from critics on RottenTomatoes, and the inspiration for a dozen memes. But even the actors themselves, like Michael Keaton, did not fully understand some of the authors' intentions.
Here's What We Know
Keaton appeared in the post-credits scene as Vulture, as he played this antagonist in the first Spider-Man film with Tom Holland. However, fans were unable to find a connection between Morbius and Vulture.
And during the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Josh Horowitz asked Keaton if he had any idea what Vulture's role was in this. The actor replied that he had 0 ideas about the whole thing, and even Sony couldn't clearly explain their plan, but Keaton agreed because he was curious to see what would happen.
