Ukraine allocates UAH 5 billion to purchase drones for the Armed Forces
The government has allocated an additional UAH 5 billion for the purchase of attack drones for the Ukrainian army.

According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, all the funds will be used to purchase drones for the Ukrainian military on the front line.
At the same time, Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko confirmed that the money for attack drones is allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget. In addition, the official noted that agreements have been signed with drone manufacturers for $30 billion, and contracts for an additional $14 billion are being prepared.
Svyrydenko added that the government will continue both planned and operational procurement of drones. However, importantly, the list will include not only flying drones, but also ground drones.
