In 2019, Obsidian Entertainment studio was forced to withdraw the PC version of the controversial, but popular in tight-knit RPG Alpha Protocol from sale due to the expiration of licensed music rights.

Today the digital shop GOG announced the great news!

Here's What We Know

Alpha Protocol has not onlyreappeared in the GOG catalogue, but is also offered in a slightly improved form.

The game has fixed a number of bugs, improved compatibility with modern computers, added a few additional localisations and achievements that were previously only available on consoles, and introduced support for DualSense, DualShock, Xbox and Nintendo Switch Pro gamepads.

Licensed music has also been introduced in the new Alpha Protocol edition.

Like all games on GOG, Alpha Protocol is available without DRM protection.

A small discount is being offered on the spy game until 4 April.
