Here's What We Know
20th Century Studios released the first trailer of the film, which shows everything in the best traditions of this franchise. The plot of the film unfolds aboard an abandoned space station, where a group of young colonists encounter the most terrifying life form in the universe.
The trailer showcases everything we love about the Alien franchise: long camera movements, flying facehuggers, and even weapons that look very "Alien". The film also stars David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Spike Fearn and Aileen Wu.
"Alien: Romulus" is set for release on 16 August. The film is expected to be a successful blend of new and old, combining elements of the original film with fresh ideas.
