Frostpunk 2 developers have published system requirements of the public beta version of the strategy game

Publisher 11 bit studios has revealed the system requirements of the pre-release beta version of the strategy Frostpunk 2, which will be available only to those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition.

Here's What We Know

The date of testing has not been specified yet. The developer reports that it will be held during a week in April.

To participate in the test, your computer must meet the following requirements:

Minimum:

• OS: Windows 10 (64-bit);
• processor: AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz;
• RAM: 8 GB;
• graphics card: AMD RX 550 4 GB VRAM or NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti 4 GB VRAM;
• DirectX 12;
• disc space: 20 GB

Recommended:

• OS: Windows 10 (64-bit);
• processor: AMD Ryzen 7 or Intel Core i7 2.8 GHz;
• RAM: 16 GB;
• graphics card: AMD RX 5700 8 GB VRAM or NVIDIA 2060 RTX 8 GB VRAM;
• DirectX 12;
• disc space: 20 GB.

Obviously, the full version of Frostpunk 2 will have slightly higher requirements.

At the moment there is a small discount for the Deluxe edition of Frostpunk 2.

When We Can Expect It

Frostpunk 2 will be released on the 25th of July. At first the game will be available only on PC.
