Tim Cook has confirmed that Apple's Vision Pro headset will be released outside the US this year
Apple introduced the Vision Pro virtual reality headset in June last year, but only started selling it in early February. And even then, only in the United States. However, this year the device should be released outside the States.
Here's What We Know
Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed that Vision Pro will go on sale in China later this year. Unfortunately, he didn't give a specific timeline, but at the same time, this is the first clear confirmation that the Vision Pro will launch this year in a specific country other than the US.
Apple previously said that the headset would be available in other countries in 2024, but when exactly and where - did not specify.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that the Vision Pro will launch internationally before Apple's annual WWDC developer conference, which usually takes place in the first week of June.
