Apple opens first store in Canada with a special pick-up station
The first Apple store in Canada, which features an innovative pick-up station, was officially opened in Mississauga, Ontario.
Here's What We Know
The new retail facility, known as Apple Square One, welcomes its first customers to the indoor shopping centre located west of Toronto.
During the grand opening, members of the Apple team presented a wide range of new products and services.
One of the advantages of the new facility is the introduction of a special Apple Pickup station, which allows customers to receive their online orders conveniently and efficiently. This initiative is the first of its kind in Canada and reflects the company's strategic focus on providing maximum convenience and customer satisfaction.
Despite the innovative approach to customer service, some of Apple's latest retail design elements, such as the Genius Bar and Apple Watch Studio, are not available in this store. However, the company said that customers will still be able to use Genius services and participate in creative sessions of the Today at Apple programme.
The new Apple Square One is the company's fourth modern store in Canada, along with existing locations in Toronto and Vancouver. Reports also confirm that Apple is considering expanding its network in Canada, including moving its Montreal store to a more modern building.
The Apple Square One store is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00, and on Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00.
