Nikon introduces new Nikkor Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR lens
Nikon has launched a new FX-format lens for full-frame or mirrorless cameras that offers unique magnification and best-in-class performance.
Here's What We Know
The main concept of the new lens is its incredibly wide range of focal lengths, from 28mm to 400mm. The minimum focal length is 0.2 metres at the maximum wide-angle position and 1.2 metres at full zoom.
The optical zoom ratio of the Nikkor Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR is 14.2 times. This means that you will be able to take clear pictures of both distant and close subjects without having to change lenses. In other words, this lens performs well at a variety of shooting distances
The appearance of the Nikkor Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR is also surprising - it is very lightweight, weighing just 725 grams, and has a compact length of 141.5mm when fully extended.
This camera has a built-in vibration reduction system that allows you to get clear and sharp photos even when shooting handheld. It reduces blur by up to 5.0 stops. It also has a built-in stepping motor that enables fast autofocusing.
The Nikkor Z 28-400mm f/4-8 VR is priced at $1296.95.
