Intel will unveil a new line of Xeon processors that could set new standards in computing.

Here's What We Know

According to leaks, Intel Xeon "Granite Rapids-SP" processors can have up to 160 cores and 320 threads.

According to the data obtained by analysing screenshots of the CPU-Z programme, the flagship Granite Rapids-SP processor may have twice as many cores as its predecessor, the Emerald Rapids. In some screenshots, the number of cores is marked as 80, but there is an assumption that the actual number can reach 160.

Additional leaked information shows that the new processors can have up to 672MB of L3 cache, which is a significant improvement over previous models.

The information also suggests that the new processors will have great efficiency, as the maximum TDP will be 350W, similar to the Xeon Platinum 8592+ Emerald Rapids.
