OnePlus Nord CE 4: 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, 5,500mAh battery with 100W charging, Android 14 and a triple 50 MP camera
OnePlus held a presentation in India on 1 April where it revealed a new Nord series smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The novelty was named OnePlus Nord CE 4. The gadget is equipped with a 6.7-inch flat AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 900 nits brightness. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is powered by a 5,500mAh battery. The gadget supports SuperVOOC charging at 100W. From 0 to 100%, the novelty charges in 29 minutes. The device also has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, stereo speakers and an under-screen fingerprint scanner. As for the cameras, the smartphone has three of them: a dual 50 MP main camera (Sony LYT600 with OIS) + 8 MP (Sony IMX355) and a 16 MP front camera. OnePlus Nord CE 4 supports Portrait Mode 2.0 and can shoot videos in 4K@30fps or 1080p at 60fps.
Out of the box, the smartphone runs Android 14 operating system and Oxygen OS 14 shell. According to the manufacturer, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will get two major OS updates and three years of security patches.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Sales of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will start in India on 4 April. The novelty will be available in two memory variants:
- OnePlus Nord CE 4, 8/128 GB - $299
- OnePlus Nord CE 4, 8/256 GB - $325
Whether the smartphone will appear in other regions is still unknown.
