Ducks go hunting: unusual survival simulator Duckside announced
Interest in survival simulators is not waning, so developers have to come up with unexpected concepts to make gamers choose their game.
The tinyBuild studio announced Duckside - a survival simulator about the life of wild ducks.
Here's What We Know
In Duckside, players will be offered to control ducks that take revenge on hunters for exterminating their fellow ducks.
Of course, the game doesn't pretend to be realistic, but it looks fun. In addition to the usual options in the form of building a nest (in this case, literally a nest), shooting and collecting resources, the game will offer unusual mechanics - at any moment the ducks can take off and shoot from the air, as well as gain high speed and dive on the target. This opens up a lot of interesting gameplay possibilities.
This concept sounds a bit strange, but something suggests that Duckside will appeal to gamers and will be very popular.
In addition to the announcement trailer, the developers also presented a video about the basics of survival.
When We Can Expect It
The developers have not yet announced the release date of Duckside. In Steam you can already leave an application for beta testing.
