Motorola Edge 50 Pro: 144Hz POLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, IP68 protection, 50MP camera and 125W charging priced from $385
Motorola held an event in India where it revealed a new flagship Edge smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The model has been dubbed as the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. The gadget has a 6.7-inch curved display with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits peak brightness. The display supports HDR 10+ and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The novelty runs a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device features IP68 water protection, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and a 4,500mAh battery. The smartphone supports 125W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging.
As for the cameras, there are five of them: a triple 50 MP main camera (with OIS) + 13 MP (120° wide-angle lens) + 10 MP (telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom) and a 50 MP front camera with autofocus.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro comes with Android 14 operating system. The novelty will receive three major OS updates.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Motorola Edge 50 Pro sales will start in India on 9 April. The smartphone will be available in Luxe Lavender, Black Beauty and Moon Light colours and two memory variants:

When the novelty will be released in other countries and how much it will cost is still unknown.
