A colourful gameplay trailer of Windblown, a roguelike action game from the creators of Dead Cells, has been unveiled

Motion Twin studio - the author of the popular roguelike game Dead Cells, which we mentioned today in the context of insider information about the soon release of Rogue Prince of Persia - presented a two-minute gameplay trailer of their new project.

Here's What We Know

Colourful cooperative roguelike action game Windblown was announced in December 2023 at The Game Awards show.

The events of the game will unfold in a village that floats in the sky. It will be attacked by some enemies and only player characters will be able to stop the threat and return the peaceful life.

In the video the developers reminded that gamers are waiting for a dynamic game with a great variety of enemies and a complex combat system, so to successfully pass the game it is necessary to memorise the movements and abilities of each of the enemies and learn how to respond to their actions.

The main feature of Windblown will be the visual style - all elements of the game are extremely colourful.

When We Can Expect It

Windblown is expected to be released in 2024 in Steam Early Access.

The developers encourage gamers to add the game to their wishlist.
