Xiaomi recently confirmed that it is preparing a HyperOS update for the Mi 10 and Mi 11 flagships. Now, information has surfaced on the internet when the software release will take place.

When We Can Expect It

According to Zhang Guoquan, director of Xiaomi's software department, the firmware release will take place in mid-April. Most likely, we are talking about the beta version of the software. As for the stable release, it will take place later. First, the firmware will be released in China, and then on the global market.

The new version of the software will be based on the Android 13 operating system. The firmware will get an updated iOS-style look and feel and a host of new features.
