50 games that Ukrainians bought most often on discs in March: EA SPORTS FC 24, Helldivers 2, and Minecraft are the leaders
ERC, the official distributor of PlayStation and console games in Ukraine, has revealed the 50 most popular games on discs among Ukrainians in March.
Here's What We Know
In March, sales in Ukrainian retail improved compared to February. However, they decreased by 4% compared to March last year. The reason was high-profile releases in the first quarter of 2023, such as Hogwarts Legacy.
The best-selling game in March was EA SPORTS FC 24 for PS5. It was immediately followed by Helldivers 2, which seems to have no intention of slowing down. The 3rd and 4th places were taken by the evergreen Minecraft and GTA V, and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 rounds out the top five.
The Last of Us Part II Remastered is in 6th place, although the game was released in January. As for the new releases of March: Dragon's Dogma 2 and Rise of the Ronin, they are on the 7th and 16th places respectively.
However, ERC notes that the discs with Rise of the Ronin came a little late, so the distributor believes that the game has not yet reached its full launch potential.
