DALL-E now allows you to edit images in ChatGPT
OpenAI
OpenAI has updated its popular image generation tool DALL-E, adding the ability to edit created images directly in the ChatGPT interface, as well as pre-installed style cues for user inspiration.
Here's What We Know
When working with DALL-E via ChatGPT, whether in the web version or mobile app, users will now have access to editing tools for the generated images. This will allow for more flexibility in adjusting the results.
In addition to this, DALL-E has come up with ready-made offerings in a variety of artistic styles, from woodcuts to synthwave and hand-drawn graphics. Once the user has chosen their favourite style, they can use it as a starting point for their creative AI experiments.
The updates continue the trend of making the image generator easier to use by integrating with ChatGPT and adding auxiliary features.
Previously, OpenAI introduced visible watermarks on generated images in DALL-E to identify them as an AI product. This is one of the measures to increase trust in the technology.
The third-generation DALL-E generator was released in 2023 and has quickly gained popularity for its impressive ability to create high-quality images based on text queries.
