Diablo 4 and Vampire Survivors will have a serious competitor: the dynamic roguelike action game Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel has been announced.

Publisher Grindstone and Games Farm studio announced an ambitious game Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, which can challenge Diablo 4 and Vampire Survivors at the same time.

Here's What We Know

The public was presented a trailer of Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel - a dynamic roguelike action game with survival elements, gloomy style and a lot of opportunities that will help to fight against hordes of bloodthirsty demons.

The game is based on the images of Scandinavian mythology and thanks to that Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel looks as atmospheric as Diablo IV, but does not copy it.

In terms of gameplay the game reminds indie hit Vampire Survivors, but unlike Luca Galante's game, Hordes of Hel has quite impressive graphics.

When We Can Expect It

Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is expected to release in 2024 on Steam Early Access.
