Xiaomi held an event in China where it unveiled the Redmi Turbo 3.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone got a body with a thickness of 7.8 mm, a weight of 179 grams and three colours. The gadget was equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED display. The panel has a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and a brightness of 1000 nits.

The Redmi Turbo 3 is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor paired with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage and a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone supports 90W charging. The novelty also has IP64 water protection, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, an under-screen scanner, an IR sensor for controlling tech, stereo speakers and technology that allows you to use the smartphone with wet hands.

As for the cameras, there are three of them: a 50 MP main camera (Sony LYT600 with OIS) + 8 MP (Sony IMX355 wide-angle lens) and a 20 MP front camera with Omnivision OV20B sensor. The smartphone comes with HyperOS based on Android 14.

Redmi Turbo 3 is already available for pre-order in China:

Sales of the smartphone will start on 15 April. By the way, the novelty will later appear on the global market, but with a different name - POCO F6.
