At the show Triple I Interactive paid attention to the stylish action game Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn.

Developers from A44 Games showed not only gameplay footage, but also told about the music of the game.

Here's What We Know

Composer of Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Eric Hillman said that while moving around the locations and fighting with ordinary enemies players will hear calm melodies, but during battles with bosses there is traditional for souls-like genre pathos orchestral music, which emphasises the importance of what is happening.

Let us remind you that in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn gamers will have to fight with dangerous enemies and combine cold and firearms. In addition to swords, axes and daggers in the game you can use pistols and muskets.

Earlier the developers explained:

Combat in Flintlock is based on rhythm, which means you'll be able to feel the rhythm through the animation - every nine frames is like a beat. This way, you can make sure the player realises when the next attack is coming and reacts accordingly.

When We Can Expect It

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn will be released in the summer of 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, with the game coming to the Xbox Game Pass library on release day.
