We have already reported that Bethesda has announced the release date of the non-xtgen update for the RPG Fallout 4, which will add support for increased frame rate, improve resolution, introduce some modern options and, in general, slightly improve the technical state of the game. In addition, the developers will fix a number of bugs that remained in Fallout 4.

But this is not all good news for fans of this part of the series.

Here's What We Know

The American developer said that simultaneously with the nekstgen update on 25 April Fallout 4 will get full official compatibility with the portable console Steam Deck, as well as appear in the Epic Games Store.

Additionally, gamers will be able to get the following free content on the Creation Club platform:

  • Enclave Remnants - a new quest, as well as Anclave gear;
  • Makeshift Weapon Pack - a set of unusual homemade weapons;
  • Halloween Workshop - 38 decorations for Halloween celebrations.
