Fitbit app releases updated sleep stats
Fitbit has released updated sleep stats with a new design to make tracking your sleep even more convenient and informative.
Here's What We Know
After not all aspects of health were updated last year as part of Fitbit Material You, Google, the owner of Fitbit, decided to focus on improving sleep statistics.
The new sleep page has four tabs: for day, week, month, and year. It allows you to quickly view information about sleep duration and other metrics in a convenient way. You can now easily access data on oxygen fluctuations, sleep heart rate, and other aspects of your sleep.
Other tabs allow you to observe changes in your sleep patterns over time so you can understand your sleep better.
Sleep stats updates will be available on the Fitbit app for Android and iOS in the coming days.
