The Danish Ministry of Defence stressed that the F-16s to be delivered to Argentina have undergone comprehensive maintenance and modernisation. This will not only increase the combat capability of these aircraft, but also ensure the efficiency of their use.
It is expected that the date of delivery of the fighters to Argentina will be announced in the near future. At the same time, the Northern European country plans to fully switch to modern F-35 aircraft: 27 F-35A fighters have already been ordered and will enter service at the end of 2025.
Denmark is also one of the countries that has delivered 19 F-16 fighters to Ukraine. It is known that the aircraft will be modernised and will fly in the Ukrainian sky this summer.
