Sony has unveiled detailed system requirements for the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima and prepared an overlay to synchronise player actions on PC and PS5

Exactly one month before the release of PC-version of samurai action Ghost of Tsushima, Sony has published detailed system requirements of the game.

Here's What We Know

At low and medium settings Ghost of Tsushima will be possible to run even on not the most modern and powerful computers, but for passing in 4K and 60 FPS you will need top hardware.

System Requirements

Low settings (720p at 30 fps)

  • Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10;
  • processor: Intel Core i3-7100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (4 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT;
  • RAM: 8GB;
  • storage space: 75GB (SSD is recommended).

Medium settings (1080p at 60 fps)

  • Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10;
  • processor: Intel Core i5-8600 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT;
  • RAM: 16GB;
  • SSD space: 75 GB.

High settings (1440p at 60 fps or 4K at 30 fps)

  • operating system: 64-bit Windows 10;
  • processor: Intel Core i5-11400 or AMD Ryzen 5 5600;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800;
  • RAM: 16 GB;
  • SSD space: 75 GB.

Ultra settings (4K at 60 fps)

  • operating system: 64-bit Windows 10;
  • processor: Intel Core i5-11400 or AMD Ryzen 5 5600;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT;
  • RAM: 16 GB;
  • SSD space: 75GB.

In addition, Sony announced that for Ghost of Tsushima and its subsequent PC games, the company has developed a special overlay. It will not only allow you to customise individual elements of the game, but will also allow you to link your gamer account to your PlayStation Network profile and thus earn achievements, synchronise progress and perform other actions common to both platforms (PC and PS5). Using this option does not prevent you from earning achievements on Steam or EGS.

The overlay is opened by pressing Shift+F1 or in the game menu.

The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut includes the Iki Island story add-on and Legends multiplayer mode, which requires a PlayStation Network account to access.

When We Can Expect It

Ghost of Tsushima will be released on 16 May.
