Dragon's Dogma II developers reveal details of the next patch: Pawns will become smarter and healthier
Capcom published a list of changes of the next major patch for Dragon's Dogma II, which will be released by the end of April.
Here's What We Know
The developers will focus on several areas:
1. Pawns. Their behaviour will be tweaked, they will stop repeating the same lines and will become more active in sharing information with the player. The developers will fix a bug where Pawns offer to perform an action but do not continue it.
Capcom will reduce the frequency of infection with Dragonsplague and make more obvious signs of the disease, for example, the eyes of Pawns will become brighter so that the player can see the disease of the character and can treat him in time.
It will be possible to zoom in on Pawns and Arisen in the status tab of heroes.
2. There will be small but important changes to the game. For example, icons of open chests will no longer be displayed on the map, the player will not be sentenced to imprisonment if he has to fight with monsters in the settlement.
Game designers will fix failures in character escort tasks, which occurred during some actions of the player. Dragon's Dogma II glitches will also be fixed, as well as general technical issues.
The update will be released on all platforms simultaneously.
