Xiaomi is preparing to release its new fitness bracelet model, the Xiaomi Mi Band 9. This was revealed after the device passed certification in several organisations.

Xiaomi Mi Band 8 was introduced by the company in April 2023 and after a year, the new model is about to be ready for launch. The fitness bracelet with model number M2345B1 has been spotted on the UAE TDRA and Indonesian telecom organisation certification websites, indicating that the device will be released soon.

The new model is expected to be available in two versions - standard and with NFC. According to preliminary information, the appearance of the device will not undergo significant changes. The Xiaomi Mi Band 9 is expected to feature a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen with improved brightness and resolution.

The battery life will remain the same and will last up to two weeks on a single charge. It is possible that the new model will have an inbuilt GPS module, but the exact information about it is still unknown.
