Google Pixel 9 Pro live images leaked
According to recent rumours, Google is planning to launch three new smartphones at its annual event in October - the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL. It was also mentioned that the Pixel Fold 2 will be renamed as the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and may join these models. Now, live images of the Pixel 9 Pro have surfaced online, one of which shows it standing next to the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Here's What We Know
The Pixel 9 Pro XL is expected to be the successor to the Pixel 8 Pro in terms of size, while the Pixel 9 Pro is expected to be comparable in size to the regular Pixel 9, but with added pro features like the periscopic telephoto camera at the back that you can see in these photos. Thus, the Pixel 9 Pro will also be similar in size to the iPhone 15 Pro.
According to rumours, the Pixel 9 Pro will feature a Tensor G4 chipset and 16GB of RAM from Micron, which is 4GB more than the Pixel 8 Pro. The UFS storage in the Pixel 9 Pro is manufactured by Samsung. The Pixel 9 series is also expected to support Samsung's Exynos 5400 modem with satellite connectivity. As mentioned earlier, the Pixel 9 Pro will have a redesigned rear camera module. This time, it's an oval-shaped island-shaped one. The Pixel 9 Pro will also have a flat polished bezel.
The Pixel 9 series is expected to be unveiled in October this year.
