Not for sure, but at least something: unusual sci-fi adventure game The Alters will be released "a few weeks after the release of Frostpunk 2"

In 2024, publisher 11 bit studios has two major projects scheduled for release: strategy game Frostpunk 2 and unusual sci-fi adventure The Alters.

The first game is scheduled for release on the 25th of July, but the release date of The Alters is still unknown, but the developer hinted when to expect it.

Here's What We Know

11 bit studios published a press release for investors, which says that The Alters will be released "a few weeks after the release of Frostpunk 2".

Of course, this vague wording can mean any number of weeks, but most likely in early autumn we can expect the start of the adventures of Jan Dolski and his clones on a hostile planet.

Let's remind, the peculiarity of the game from the authors of Frostpunk and This War of Mine is that each clone of Jan has a unique personality, special character, outlook and talents, and they may not get along on one research base, so the player needs to follow the order and maintain discipline.

The developers promise a high variation of events and a huge number of voiced dialogues in The Alters. 11 bit studios claims more than 10 thousand lines of voiced and animated dialogues.

The Alters will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series and will be available immediately on Game Pass.
