Galaxy Ring sizes and models have been leaked
Samsung is preparing to release its new device, the Galaxy Ring. The Galaxy Ring was first unveiled three months ago along with the Galaxy S24, but it is still not available for purchase. Samsung hasn't revealed much information about the features, functions, variants, launch date and price of the device. However, it has now been revealed that the Galaxy Ring will be available in multiple sizes.
Here's What We Know
As reported by our colleagues at GalaxyClub, this device will be available in nine sizes. Each size will have its own unique model number. For example, the smallest size will have the model number SM-Q500 and the largest size will have the model number SM-Q509. As of now, eight models are known to be available:
- SM-Q500
- SM-Q501
- SM-Q502
- SM-Q505
- SM-Q506
- SM-Q507
- SM-Q508
- SM-Q509
As you can see, one logical model number (SM-Q503 or SM-Q504) is missing from the above list. This model has most likely not been discovered yet, but it does exist.
The Galaxy Ring is expected to be available for purchase alongside the Galaxy Flip 6 and Galaxy Fold 6 in July 2024. The device will be equipped with gyroscope and heart rate sensors to track workouts and sleep. The smart ring could be quite comfortable to wear and work for a week without recharging. The price of the Galaxy Ring is not yet known, but it is expected to be lower than the Galaxy Watch 4.
