Insider reveals which smartphones will be the first to get the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor

We have already written many times that Qualcomm is working on a new flagship processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Now on the Internet there is information about which devices will get it first.

What we know

According to insider @heyitsyogesh, the exclusive partner of Qualcomm will be the company Xiaomi. That is, the first devices based on SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will be flagships Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. They should be presented at the end of 2024. Following them, the new processor should also get OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13. The new products are likely to be shown in December 2024 or January 2025.

As for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 specifications, it is known that the chip will come with an Oryon core. Apart from this, the processor will also get support for LPDDR6 memory.
