HMD Pulse: smartphone with replaceable battery, 90Hz LCD, IP52 protection and Unisoc T606 chip for 140 euros
HMD announced a line of smartphones under its own brand. Novelties received "first-generation repairability", which allows you to buy iFixit kits for self-repair. The battery or display can be replaced. The first novelty of the brand was the HMD Pulse model.

This is a budget smartphone costing from €140/£100. The gadget has a 6.65-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution, refresh rate of 90 Hz and peak brightness of 600 nits.
The HMD Pulse is powered by a Unisoc T606 chip paired with 4/6GB of storage and 64GB of storage. The smartphone has a microSD slot. The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, the battery is rated for 800 recharge cycles. It is charged using a 10W unit. The device has IP52 water and dirt protection, as well as a 13 MP main camera + depth sensor and an 8 MP front camera.
The novelty comes with Android 14 operating system. The company promises to support the smartphone for 3 years: 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security patches.
