It's hard to believe, but 6 years have passed since the release of Frostpunk, a post-apocalyptic strategy game where people develop steam technology in a frozen world to withstand the overwhelming cold. And to mark the occasion, the developers shared the game's statistics.

Here's What We Know

First of all, it is worth noting that the game has sold 5 million copies in 6 years.

About 3% of players have spent more than 100 hours in the game, and on average, people play Frostpunk for 24 hours.

Most of them were able to save all the inhabitants of the Frosty Lands by playing the New Home scenario.

The most popular track from Frostpunk is"The City Must Survive". It has been listened to over 6.4 million times on Spotify and over 1.3 million times on YouTube.

The rarest achievement, which has been unlocked by only 0.6% of players on Steam, is the Infinite Slave Master. It is unlocked when you force all other settlements to distrust you in the endless mode.

Frostpunk 2 will be released on 25 July 2024. And if you are interested in the original Frostpunk, you can get an 80% discount on Steam until 6 May.

Where To Play

Frostpunk is available on PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
