realme has introduced a 240W GaN charger for $42

The company realme has shown in China a new GaN charger for gadgets.

Here's What We Know

The novelty got a case with dimensions of 57.82×57.94×30.39 mm and weight of 173 grams. The device is made of glossy and matte plastic. The charger boasts the proprietary 240W SuperVOOC technology, as well as QC 3.0 and PD 3.0 protocols (up to 65W). The new product comes with a USB-C port and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The charger has different protection protocols (against overheating, power surges, etc.).

Price & When We Can Expect It

The new realme charger can already be bought in China for $42. Whether the accessory will appear on the global market is still unknown.
