Rumour: Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 will get a blood sugar measurement feature
Today's smartwatches can measure heart rate, blood oxygen levels, temperature, blood pressure and even do ECGs. It looks like the next feature will be monitoring blood sugar levels. A new report from South Korea suggests that Samsung could introduce this feature as early as this year.

So, Hon Pak, vice president and head of digital health at Samsung Electronics, recently met with members of the Samsung Health app advisory board at Samsung Medical Centre in Seoul to discuss the future of the digital health industry and the role of wearable devices in that.
Diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, arrhythmia and hypertension were key topics of discussion.
While there is no official confirmation yet, industry representatives expect Samsung to add a blood sugar measurement feature to the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7. The watch is set to debut alongside the Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Fold 6 and Flip 6 at a presentation on 10 July.
According to early leaks, the new product will also get an Exynos W940 processor and an increased storage capacity of up to 32GB.
