Apple encourages users to share their impressions of the Vision Pro headset
Apple has launched an active programme to collect feedback from users of its latest virtual reality headset, Vision Pro. This week, the company started sending out surveys.
Here's What We Know
Survey participants are asked about their impressions of Vision Pro, favourite features, frequency and duration of use, as well as how and with whom they share the device. Consumers are also asked about guest mode, which indicates that the headset can be used by multiple people.
This initiative has garnered widespread attention after reports of declining interest in headsets. Analysts point to a decline in demand, especially in retail stores, as well as a decrease in use by owners.
Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that this situation indicates the need to improve certain aspects of the product, such as the availability of key applications, price, and comfort.
