The AFU will receive a new batch of LAV II ACSV Super Bison armoured personnel carriers from Canada in the summer
Canada is going to transfer a new batch of LAV II ACSV Super Bison armoured personnel carriers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The information was shared by CBC, referring to the statement of Canadian Defence Minister Bill Blair. We are talking about a batch of 50 vehicles worth $650 million. Their delivery was announced last year.
The first 10 APCs will be sent to Ukraine this summer. First, the vehicles will arrive in Germany, where the Ukrainian military will undergo a training programme, and then by autumn the vehicles will be sent to the front.
By the way, the Ukrainian armed forces are already using LAV II ACSV Super Bison in the war against the Russian invaders. The first vehicles were spotted at the front in 2023.

LAV II ACSV Super Bison are light armoured vehicles with a range of 650 km and a top speed of 100 km/h. They are equipped with 7.62 mm machine guns. The LAV II ACSV Super Bison is manufactured by General Dynamics Land Systems.
