Samsung Galaxy AI now supports one additional language

Samsung has announced the expansion of language support for its artificial intelligence package, Galaxy AI. Users can now use Canadian French on their devices.

This solution opens up additional opportunities for users in Canada, where Canadian French is one of the official languages. With this update, users can enjoy translation, chat, notes, and other Galaxy AI features in their native language.

In addition to Canadian French, other languages supported by Galaxy AI at the time of writing include Chinese, English (India, UK, USA), French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Mexico, Spain, USA), Thai, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Vietnamese, Australian English, and Cantonese.

This year, Samsung should also add Galaxy AI support for Romanian, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, traditional Chinese, and European Portuguese. The publication does not mention the Ukrainian language.

Owners of Samsung Galaxy devices who want to take advantage of the new support for Canadian French can easily download the language pack via the Settings app.
