The mobile shooter Star Wars: Hunters has an official release date - 4 June

Back in 2021, Zynga announced Star Wars: Hunters, which was supposed to be released in the same year, but, as they say, "it didn't work out". However, the developers have recently published a new preview trailer for the game and announced the official release date - June 4, 2024:

Here's What We Know

In Star Wars: Hunter, you will take control of one of the proposed bounty hunters in the Arena competitions. Characters are divided into three categories - Damage, Support, and Tank - which you will need to take into account to win. Five locations will be available at the start: Ewok Village on the planet Endor, Mos Espa Podrace, Dune Sea Outpost on the planet Tatooine, Death Star Crossfire, and Vandor Railyard.

Players will compete in four modes:

  • Squad Browl - the team that reaches twenty kills first wins;
  • Dynamic Control - to win, you need to capture all team points;
  • Power Control - your team will need to capture team points and hold them for a certain amount of time;
  • Trophy Chase - teams will have to capture and hold the TR0-F33 droid until they win.

Pre-registration is available for the game, for which you will receive

  • exclusive emotion "Raise your fist";
  • Amber Hunter character;
  • Amber Rifle weapon;
  • "Bubo's Blue Milk" avatar;
  • avatar: "Ticket Invite".

And if you play on Nintendo Switch, you will receive an exclusive Shift Veteran costume along with the Shift Blaster weapon. You can register on the official website or via the Play Store or App Store.

Here's What We Know

Interestingly, chronologically, the game takes place between the fall of the Galactic Empire and the formation of the First Order, that is, between Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens
