Gray Zone Warfare, a realistic first-person shooter inspired by Arma, was released in Steam Early Access on 30 April and has already sold out.

Here's What We Know

MADFINGER Studio reported that 400 thousand copies were sold on the first day. Given the word-of-mouth effect, by the end of spring, the news of a million copies sold should be announced. Also yesterday, the game recorded a peak online presence of 67 thousand people.

But it was not without its problems. Currently, the game has mixed reviews on Steam. Most players complain about the optimisation, so before buying the game, check out YouTube tests with your video card to see if your PC can handle it.

Flashback

In Gray Zone Warfare, you join a private military company and explore a large open MMO world in PvEvP and PvE modes. The game takes place on a fictional island in Southeast Asia. In the game, you can create your own firearms with realistic simulation. There is also no typical health recovery. Each injury affects your perception and combat capability. Therefore, the ability to identify and properly treat injuries is extremely important for survival and helping your teammates. More information about the game can be found on the Steam page.
