The Good Lock app, Samsung's impressive set of One UI customisations, is now available on the Google Play Store. Previously, Good Lock and its modules were exclusively available through Samsung's own Galaxy Store. Now, the app can be installed directly through the Google Play Store, which is convenient for those who don't want to download apps from the Galaxy Store.

Here's What We Know

The arrival of Good Lock on Google Play was announced on Twitter by insider @tarunvats33. Apart from the Good Lock module, the gesture control app One Hand Operation+, is now also available on Google Play. Perhaps, all other Good Lock modules will also appear on Google Play, giving Galaxy users a choice.

Samsung has marked an "Early Access" status for the Good Lock app on Google Play, indicating the current stage of testing the app. The company is likely to remove the "Early Access" tag when things stabilise.

Good Lock is a group of apps officially supported by Samsung. They can be used to modify the design and functionality of various elements and sections of the One UI. For example, there are options to change the homescreen, keyboard, lock screen, notifications, and more, depending on which Good Lock module is used.
