Designers have created a concept for the Apple Watch X with a new design, FaceTime camera and blood pressure function
Rumours have been circulating since last year that Apple is preparing an anniversary version of its smart watch, the Apple Watch X (similar to the iPhone X). Its release is expected in 2024 or 2025. However, designers have already shown a bold concept of the future watch.
Here's What We Know
Designers from German agency Wordsmattr have collected leaks, patents and rumours about the upcoming Apple Watch and based on this information, they have created an Apple Watch X concept. Keep in mind that these are only images that reflect the designers' vision.
The pictured watch looks very similar to the Apple Watch Ultra, only the case is noticeably thinner. A small FaceTime camera is cut right into the screen, and there's also a blood pressure sensor.
Indeed, there are rumours that Apple is working on a blood pressure sensor for its smartwatch, and that the Apple Watch X will get an updated design and a thinner case. However, there's no indication that the watch will get a camera - and the device doesn't need one.
What do you think of this bold concept?
