There will be no new Sly Cooper, because Sucker Punch cannot afford to develop two games at the same time, so it is only working on Ghost of Tsushima 2
On 12 May, journalist Jeff Grubb posted a video where he said that Sucker Punch is working on a new Sly Cooper album. However, this is probably not the case.
Here's What We Know
Another journalist, Jason Schreier, said that Sucker Punch is a studio that works on only one project at a time. Moreover, its size is much smaller than other AAA studios, so the team cannot even afford to split into two groups to create several games at the same time.
Currently, Sucker Punch is only working on the sequel to Ghost of Tsushima. So far, the studio hasn't said anything about the game, because the development of an AAA game takes 5-7 years, and even 4 full-fledged years have not passed since the first part, so players will have to wait for the release. And we don't even know how to cheer up Sly Cooper fans.
As a reminder, the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima has been withdrawn from sale in 181 regions where there is no access to PSN.
