Rockstar Games may add Red Dead Redemption to its Game Pass and PS Plus Premium catalogues, a dataminer find suggests
A few days ago, information appeared online that Rockstar Games may be preparing the first part of the cult western Red Dead Redemption for release on PC.
This conclusion is made from the corresponding line in the code of the studio's website, but it seems that the developers have planned another surprise.
Here's What We Know
A Reddit forum user under the nickname Timtendo12 found the following line in the code of Rockstar's website: "Red Dead Redemption is available on Nintendo Switch, PS3, PlayStation Plus Premium on PS4 and PS5, Xbox 360 and Xbox Game Pass on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S".
The attentive reader will notice that at the moment RDR is not present in the Game Pass and PS Plus catalogues, therefore, this description is either erroneous, or the game will be added to the subscriptions in the near future.
It should be noted that the appearance of RDR in Game Pass can indirectly confirm the release of the game on PC, because otherwise it will turn out that the famous Rockstar game will be available to users of Xbox consoles, but Game Pass subscribers on PC will remain without access to it, which is contrary to Microsoft's policy.
